My Top 100 C2C QB Rankings for 2025: Dominating College Fantasy and Building Devy Dynasties
In C2C leagues, especially Superflex or 2QB formats, quarterbacks are the heartbeat of any roster. The 2025 season brings an electrifying QB class, from dual threat phenoms to polished pocket passers, and I’ve ranked my top 100 to help you navigate your drafts. Whether you’re gunning for a CFF title or building a devy dynasty, these rankings reflect my take on who’ll deliver now and later. Let’s dive into my top 10, highlight some risers and sleepers, and share my full top 100 list!
My Top 10 C2C QB Rankings
1. Arch Manning (Texas)
I’m putting Arch Manning at QB1 because he’s the total package. His arm talent, poise, and Texas’s high octane offense make him a CFF game changer and a devy superstar. After limited snaps in 2024, I expect him to explode as Texas’s starter in 2025.
2. DJ Lagway (Florida)
DJ Lagway is right on Manning’s heels. His dual threat ability blazing speed and a cannon arm makes him a CFF monster in Florida’s system. I love his potential to rack up points now while carrying elite devy value.
3. Bryce Underwood (Michigan)
As a top 2025 freshman, Bryce Underwood has me buzzing. His size, arm strength, and athleticism scream superstar. While his CFF production might take a year, his devy ceiling is through the roof.
4. Cade Klubnik (Clemson)
I’ve been high on Cade Klubnik since his 2024 breakout. He’s a CFF stud in Clemson’s offense, and his improved play boosts his NFL stock.
5. Keelon Russell (Alabama)
Another 2025 freshman, Keelon Russell has me excited for his arm talent and mobility in Alabama’s offense. His path to early snaps is promising, making him a devy gem.
6. Sam Leavitt (Arizona State)
Sam Leavitt’s dual threat style in Arizona State’s up tempo system makes him a CFF riser. I see him piling up points in 2025 while his devy stock climbs.
7. LaNorris Sellers (South Carolina)
LaNorris Sellers’ size and rushing ability make him a CFF beast. I love his growth as a passer, which adds devy intrigue.
8. Drew Allar (Penn State)
Drew Allar’s big frame and 2024 progress make him a reliable CFF option. I trust his consistency and see solid NFL potential.
9. John Mateer (Oklahoma)
John Mateer’s move to Oklahoma has me pumped. His dual threat play (shown at Washington State in 2024) fits perfectly in OU’s offense. I see him as a CFF breakout with devy upside.
10. Garrett Nussmeier (LSU)
I love Garrett Nussmeier’s fit in LSU’s pass heavy system. He’s a CFF cornerstone with enough NFL appeal to justify a late Round 4 or early Round 5 pick. He’s my go-to for immediate production.
Risers and Sleepers I’m Watching
• Dante Moore (Oregon, QB11): I’m big on Moore’s path at Oregon, where his dual threat skills will shine in 2025. I wouldn’t be surprised with a top 10 CFF finish for him this year.
• Demond Williams (Washington, QB21): This freshman’s dual threat profile and taken over the Washington’s starting job is an interesting situation. I’ve made multiple comments that he’s not a Devy guy I would recommend. But I could see a small glimpse of a path to the pros.
• Josh Hoover (TCU, QB20): Hoover’s 2024 passing volume makes him a CFF machine. His limited devy ceiling keeps him in the middle of the pack but depending where he falls could be a steal.
• Cedrick Bailey (NC State, QB37): A 2025 freshman with dual threat traits, Bailey is a player that I recommended stashing in 2024 recruitment cycle. I’m a big fan of the way he plays. I don’t know if he has much Devy potential but definitely a CFF stud.
Freshmen I’m Targeting
The 2025 freshman class is loaded, and I’m all-in on supplemental drafts to secure these high upside QBs:
• Tavien St. Clair (Ohio State, QB17): His elite arm and Ohio State’s offense of developing QBs. He’s the next on the list of high star recruits landing there.
• Husan Longstreet (USC, QB15): Longstreet’s dual threat ability and USC’s system scream upside. He’s my next heisman winner projection for Riley so maybe he should be higher but he’s in the right spot for now.
• Matt Zollers (Missouri, QB28): A sleeper freshman with big play potential. Missouri QB room is terrible and I could see a world where they turn to Zollers middle of season and he balls out. Definitely at current value I would stash him.

Why My Rankings Matter
C2C leagues are a unique challenge, blending the instant thrill of CFF stats with the long term vision of devy drafting. Quarterbacks drive this format, often making up 30-40% of early round picks. My rankings are built to help you crush your draft, whether you need a CFF stud like Klubnik or a devy stash like Underwood. Use this list to guide your picks, and don’t be afraid to reach for your guys especially at QB.
